    Hi there recently bought the mv7+ unfortunately unable to hook up with my iphone 11 or 13. Not sure if you try using iphone original charging to connect or you need a specialise cable from shure? Usb c to lightning. Thanks a million for advise. Appreciate!

      Hi Ian!
      I also have an iPhone 13 and I know the frustration! I doesn’t work with just any usbc to lightning cable and I DON’T KNOW WHY! It does make me sad but there are solutions.

      The cable I am able to use are this one from Shure but I think it is a little short.

      I REALLY like this one from RODE that I have confirmed works: I use it with with all of my microphones that need USBC to Lightning
