Photographer: Cupcake Vineyards @ Coachella

I have never been the Coachella type so when I told my friends I was going, everyone doubted the statement.  This is not an event I would likely ever pay to attend – I don't love crowds, I don't love heat, I don't love EDM.  I DO love taking photographs, so when I was invited by Cupcake Vineyards to take photos on their behalf, I jumped at the opportunity. I am so glad that I did.  I had no idea that there were so many fabulous art installations at the festival!  I found a way to embrace the event and enjoy it my way.  I had a great time, the client was extremely happy with the shots I ended up with, and I look forward to taking photos there again…this time armed with a better idea on how to be so ‘chella.

I utilized three cameras on this project: iPhone 6 + Moment Lenses, Canon 80D with 50mm and 10 – 20mm lenses, Giroptic iO 360 Camera

Cupcake Vineyards offered refreshing popsicles paired with their delicious wines to festival attendees.
