Connected my @canonusa 80D to my laptop via EOS Utility, which you can get free from the Canon website. From here I can monitor what I’m looking at, make sure everything is in focus and exposed. I can also make manual adjustments and record from the app.

I use this for shooting my videos and photos all 👏🏽 the 👏🏽 time 👏🏽.

Used only one light because I wanted some drammmmaaaaaaaa.

Finding inspiration for photos with soap and a model is surprisingly scarce! I sat in that bathtub forever. It was not comfortable but I like how it all turned out 😜 Worth it!

Making content in a bathtub by yourself is much more difficult that it seems 😆 But trying something new has never done me wrong. This is was my first soap project and it was a fun challenge. How did I do? 😉

We could all use less muck in our lives! In our content, in our food, and in our skincare. @muck.soaps proudly makes products that are cruelty-free, organic, hand cut, and small batch. Their motto: ‘All natural, no MUCK!’

There are so many yummy options. This is what I’ve tried so far:
Citron - lavender and citrus to leave you relaxed and uplifted.
The Black Bar - Activated charcoal and tea tree oil detoxifies and clarifies skin
The white bar- gently deep cleans and clams irritation with kaolin white clay and calendula petals

What photo editing apps do you like to use?

I don’t usually use FaceTune on my photos but I watched @miarandria edit a photo in a YouTube video and it put me in the mood for it. A little smoothing and highlighting doesn’t hurt anyone. I’ve got a full face of makeup, so I’m not fooling anyone into thinking this is what I look like when I wake up.

@miarandria shared in her video that she uses FaceTune and Lightroom apps only to edit her pics.

On this photo, I used FaceTune and Snapseed. But I’ve also got a long list of other ones I like to play in: VSCO, RNI for filters. Retouch for removing objects.

Tools and apps are there for you to get creative with. You can save a too dark photo with a little app magic! I’m not for changing your face shape - you are beautiful as is! But if you want a little boost, go for it. We wear makeup to enhance, this isn’t much different. You can go hard or you can take it easy. I didn’t do much on this photo, just a pop cause I felt like I was looking a little tired. Smoothing under the eyes and highlighting where light was hitting. Whites of the eyes, cause I was in there anyways. If you haven’t played yet, go for it. Go overboard so you can see what you’re dealing with 🤪 Now that I look at this photo, I did too much but its too late! I’m already at the end of this post. 🥰
